Hello, Book Lovers!

Mick Jagger here. My mistress so dubbed me because of my fancy strut and wagging tongue. I’m also known as The Marmalade Menace, but you, wily reader, may address me by my pen name, Catatonic. It fits me because of my penchant for remaining motionless for hours on end. I also like a bit of tonic now and then (laced with gin, of course).

You will find that I am full of information, along with other things too dastardly to mention, and that I am wise beyond all-knowing. My job here is to chat with you about books and to inform you of various literary minutiae. I shall do so in this space every month. If I’m awake, that is.
